Groovy Love in Brooklyn: Aubry & Austin’s Stylish Couples Session

There’s something effortlessly cool about Brooklyn—the blend of iconic architecture, urban grit, and waterfront beauty makes it the perfect playground for a couples session. And when you add a fun-loving duo like Aubry and Austin, you get absolute magic. Their January session took us to some of the borough’s most iconic spots—Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge Park, the Manhattan Bridge view in DUMBO, and Pebble Beach—all while rocking the grooviest outfits and the biggest smiles.

Starting Strong at Brooklyn Bridge Park

We kicked off the session at Brooklyn Bridge Park, where the city skyline shimmered across the East River. The wind tousled Aubry’s hair just enough to give her that windswept, carefree look, while Austin wrapped her up in a warm embrace. The park’s boardwalk made for the perfect runway as they playfully danced and leaned into each other, completely in their own world.

Chasing the Views at the Brooklyn Bridge

Next, we made our way to the Brooklyn Bridge, and despite the January chill, Aubry and Austin brought nothing but warmth. With the Manhattan skyline glowing in the background, they strolled hand in hand along the wooden walkway, their laughter filling the crisp morning air.

The bridge’s towering stone arches and steel cables framed the couple perfectly. Aubry’s bold, retro-inspired outfit—a fluffy, faux fur jacket paired with a flared pants jumpsuit and chunky boots—was the ultimate vibe. Austin kept it effortlessly cool in a denim jacket, khaki slacks and corduroy pageboy hat. Together, they were a perfect blend of funky and fashionable.

DUMBO’s Manhattan Bridge View – A Cinematic Moment

No Brooklyn session is complete without a stop at the famous DUMBO Manhattan Bridge view on Washington Street. The cobblestone road, lined with red brick buildings, made for a picture-perfect frame with the Manhattan Bridge in the distance.

Aubry and Austin’s groovy style made them look like they had stepped straight out of a vintage film. They were open to my iconic (yet cheesy) suggestion of the Beatles infamous Abbey Road walk, laughing between shots, making it clear they were having an absolute blast. Their chemistry was undeniable—it was all stolen glances, inside jokes, and spontaneous twirls.

Pebble Beach Magic

As the sun dipped lower, we ended the session at Pebble Beach. The calm water reflected the golden hues of the setting sun, and the Brooklyn and Manhattan skylines glowed in the distance. With the gentle waves lapping at the rocky shore, Aubry and Austin kicked off their boots, walked barefoot on the pebbles, and shared a quiet, intimate moment. The scene felt almost cinematic—their silhouettes against the city lights, the soft hum of the river, and the faint sounds of the city in the background.

A Session Full of Fun & Flair

What made this session truly unforgettable wasn’t just the epic locations or the killer outfits—it was Aubry and Austin’s energy. They were so fun to work with, bringing constant laughter, playful poses, and a laid-back vibe that made the entire shoot feel effortless. Their easygoing nature and stylish flair made every frame feel spontaneous and authentic.

Aubry and Austin’s Brooklyn session was proof that love, style, and a little bit of adventure are the perfect recipe for unforgettable photos. From the iconic bridge views to the charming cobblestone streets, they made every moment look straight out of a romance film.
